Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping for all eligible orders.

All orders ship internationally from our fulfilment centre in Asia — we do not hold stock in the United States. Please allow for international transit time on every order, including orders placed within the US.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

For International Customers

Countries we currently serve: Mojosee ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and the Philippines. European destinations currently include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout and may change.

International standard delivery normally takes 14–20 days door to door. Standard shipping is free over US$49 for the United States and the Philippines, and over US$69 for the other listed international destinations.

Standard Shipping by global mail usually takes 7–15 days en route, and your order typically arrives 14–20 days from when you place it.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is free on U.S. and Philippines orders over US$49 and on other listed international orders over US$69. For orders below the applicable threshold, the flat standard shipping fee is US$10.99.

Dispatch Time

We process every order within 48 hours and place it with our lens supplier right away. Preparing, checking and handing your parcel to the international courier takes about 5 days — you’ll get an email with the tracking number at that point. Delivery then takes 7–15 days counted from the day your tracking number is issued — all in, allow 14–20 days from order to door. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.

Important Information

There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, global / regional public safety issues may still disturb the process. If a concern arises, use the support option included in your order confirmation.
