Sharingan Contact Lenses
Looking for a specific Sharingan? The two-tomoe stage is the Sharingan Two Tomoe lens; Itachi and Sasuke's three-tomoe is the Sharingan III / Three Tomoe lens; for a Mangekyou look in the Shisui or Itachi style, the bladed pinwheel print is the Sharingan Bladed lens. All are opaque red prints made to show on dark brown eyes and sold as one pair; several designs come in prescription powers. Order by Oct 1 for Halloween delivery.
Every Sharingan design on this page is an opaque cosplay lens built for dark brown eyes — the red stays red instead of washing out to a brown tint. Below they are grouped the way the eye itself evolves in the story, so you can match the stage your character is at.
Pick by tomoe count
One tomoe — the awakening stage. A single comma mark on a red iris. This is the subtlest option and the cheapest entry point at $19.98. Good if you want the eye readable in photos without dominating the whole face.
Two tomoe — the intermediate stage. Two comma marks, noticeably busier than one. $22.98.
Three tomoe — the mature Sharingan. The version most people picture, and the one most Uchiha cosplays need. We carry several three-tomoe variants at $21.98–$26.98, including character-specific prints for Itachi and Sasuke.
Mangekyo / bladed patterns. Pinwheel and blade shapes instead of comma marks — these are the advanced-form designs. From $21.98.
22mm sclera versions. Sharingan III and Uchiha Madara are full-sclera lenses (22.0mm) that cover the white of the eye as well. They read dramatically stronger on camera and cost more ($84.98–$88.98) because sclera lenses are a different manufacturing process. They also take practice to insert — plan a trial run before the event.
Diameter and how bold the result looks
Most designs here are 14.5mm, which enlarges the iris moderately and still looks like an eye. The 22.0mm sclera pair is a costume-level effect, not a wearable-all-day look. If this is your first pair of cosplay lenses, start at 14.5mm.
Men's versions
Several designs are listed twice — one general listing and one "for Men" listing. The lens is identical; the second listing exists so the product photography shows the design on a male model. Buy whichever page shows you the reference image you want.
Wearing them safely
These are plano (0.00) cosmetic lenses — they change how your eyes look and do not correct vision. In the United States all contact lenses, including zero-power cosmetic ones, are regulated as medical devices and a prescription is required; see our Lens Safety & Supplier Standards page for how we source and what documentation exists. Never share lenses, never sleep in them, and follow the wear schedule printed on the packaging.

What wearing 22mm is actually like
A 22mm lens sits under both eyelids rather than floating on the iris, so insertion is a different motion: hold both lids open, place it on the eye directly, and expect to take several minutes the first time. Peripheral vision is reduced because the print extends past the pupil, and wear time is shorter than an ordinary lens — treat these as costume wear for an evening, not all-day wear. A smaller eye opening makes insertion harder, not impossible; allow extra time rather than forcing it. Check the power selector on each product page for the powers available in that design.
On dark brown eyes
Dark brown is the hardest base to print over, and it is the base most of this catalogue is designed around. Two things predict whether a lens will read on your eye: print density and the presence of a darker outer ring. Where a product page shows an on-eye photograph, judge from that rather than from the flat lens shot — a lens photographed against white always looks more saturated than it wears.
In the United States all contact lenses, including plano 0.00 decorative lenses, are medical devices that require a valid prescription. Fit should be confirmed by an eye care professional.
