Q: How fast do you ship my order?
All eligible orders are packaged carefully in the nearest available warehouses, and will be dispatched within 48 business hours of their placement. Orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.
Q: How long does it takes to receive my order?
Standard Shipping by global mail usually takes 12 ~ 22 days en route, and your order is supposed to deliver 16 ~ 26 days upon its placement.
Expedited Shipping you can expect to receive your order within 10-20 days after dispatch.
Note: Transit time is based on "working days". This excludes (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for 2 pairs standard shipping worldwide for all orders and you can pay extra $ 6.99 to upgrade to Expedited Shipping. For orders totaling more than US $ 99.00, Expedited Shipping is applied for FREE.
Q: I made a typo error or submitted the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1~2 working days. If you have submitted a wrong shipping address due to typing error, please contact us ASAP by emailing us the actual and complete shipping address stating your order ID. We cannot process the correction of address the package has already been shipped. Therefore, it is advisable and mandatory for customers to leave down their contact number which will be included on our shipping labels. In event of any miscommunications and problems, the courier delivery service can contact recipient directly and get instructions.
Q: I did not receive my tracking number after placing the order?
We ship orders almost immediately and provide you with a tracking number. However, our logistics warehouse are closed on (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The tracking number will be sent to the email you have used when placing the order, check your spam mail. Or, it could be due to incorrect email address due to typing errors when placing the order.
Q: I have received the tracking number, but the item is in transit for a longer than expected time frame, what should i do?
Delivery courier services sometimes experience delays due to bad weather condition etc. Fret not, call the courier company directly quoting your name and the tracking number. They will be able to best advice the status of your package. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the recipient (the customer) has all the power/control over the package where they can made re-directs, special arrangements, and could only be done by the recipient (the customer) itself and not us.
Q: My tracking number states that the package is delivered, but i did not receive the package, what should i do?
Please the courier company (that we are shipping with, USPS, CANADA POST, DHL, FEDEX, or YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE) with the tracking number and check if they might have left your package at a local post office pending your pickup. Delivery may have been attempted but no one was around to sign off the package, so it might have been left at a secure location pending your pickup and collection.
Q: I have contacted the delivery service provider, and they claimed that they have delivered the package, but i still did not receive it, what should i do?
At this point, you can contact us with your order Id, tracking number, and if possible (a proof of written evidence, provided by the delivery service provider) that the package is missing/lost/delivered. We will submit this case for a further investigation and make necessary follow up actions afterwards.
