Are your colored contact lenses safe products?
YES! This is one area that we insist is the most important part of wearing contact lenses. All of our suppliers have been fully vetted for including two essential requirements that help ensure your eye safety.
The first is CE or commonly known as "European Conformity" Not only do CE-approved products pass essential health and safety requirements, but you can also be assured that our colored contact lenses are 100% safe.
The second is the certification of FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). Our contact lenses are certified by FDA, which is the sure-fire mark of quality and safety. -
How to put in contact lens?
1.Take the lens out from the packet gently after washing and drying your hands.Then make sure you are holding the correct side of the lens.
2.Hold up your upper eyelid and pull down your lower lid,then use the index finger to gently place the lens.
3.Look up and down, left and right after putting the lens in so that it will settle into place, then close your eye in a while.
4.Do again for the other eye through simple steps!

How to remove contact lens?
1.Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before touching your eyes.
2.Use your clean hand to gently pull down your lower eyelid, then pull up your upper eyelid.
3.Using your index finger and thumb to pinch the lens gently.
4.Look up and slide the lens down gently so that the lens will be kept in your eye, then pinch it off onto finger. Do it again for the other eye.

Why is the actual color different from that on website?Due to variable factors, such as light, camera lens filters, surrounding colors, original eye color/ eye shape/ makeup, etc, the color of the lenses may vary and look different. Such cases should be acceptable.Kindly Remind:Please contact us within 24 hours after you have received your lenses if you have any doubt about your lenses. Please don’t forget to enclose the lens picture so that we can check for you.

Where can I find my lens data?
For customers currently using contact lenses:
Your contact lens boxes contain the power, diameter, and base curve of your lenses.
For customers who do not have their contact lens boxes:
1.Please use the newest prescription provided by your eye care professionals.
2.Once you have purchased lenses, your prescription and your contact lens boxes will contain your lens information.
3.When applicable, please provide the PWR (power), BC (base curve) and DIA (diameter) information into your order.
4.We do not carry toric lenses or +PWR lenses. Therefore, you will not find CY or AX on our boxes.

Do you have multifocal, toric & astigmatism, or +PWR contact lenses?At the moment, we do not carry these specific products. If we do carry them later, we’ll be sure to email you an update.

Does mojosee's lenses come with prescription?Yes! mojosee's lenses are available with prescription. If you have normal vision, you can choose plano lenses (0.00). Otherwise, please check our prescription verification page and consult your eye doctor to confirm the diopter counts before placing an order.

What to do when lenses irritate eyes?
Please soak your lenses in care solution which is exclusive for contact lenses for 24 hours, then rinse and scrub your lenses gently.
Check the two sides before wearing lenses to avoid uncomfortable experience, such as irritation, dry eyes,blurry vision, etc

How to change my order information (shipping address/ name/ phone number, etc.)?
Our staffs work speedily to get all orders processed and shipped out,therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been processed, such as shipping details, quantity of item, color and diopter counts.
Please make sure all the information is correct when you checkout.

What to do if the items I received do not match my orderIf you have received the items that do not match your order, please contact us via email service@mojosee.com with your order number and the picture of the items within 7 days after you received it.

Where is my order and How can I track?
1.All of placed orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.Some items with high prescription and shortage may expereince possibly delayed dispatch for 2-3 days because of customization and stocking. Please understand.

Can I exchange or return my order?
It is a pity that we do not provide exchange service for anyone.
If your order have any faulty or issue, contact us within 24 hours once you get the parcel.Please turn to Return/Refund Policy and get more details.
Our customer service team will solve your problems as soon as possible.

What if an item I want is out of stock?
We’ll let you know by email if your order has out-of-stock items.
Please Note: Please reply within 30 days on how you’d like to proceed (e.g., cancel or change your order). If we don’t hear back from you within 30 days, your order will be cancelled.

When can I get the parcel?
It will take 10-20 days for shipment on normal situation. Actually we are unable to control the shipping speed, it depends on destination country handling time.
Some special contact lenses will be delivered within 3 working days. This information will be displayed on the product page.

What to do if the parcel has not arrived for more than 20 business days?First of all, please check the delivery status of your parcel with the tracking number we sent to you via email. Then, please contact your local delivery service company such as USPS and Canada Post. If you still can't find your parcel, please contact our Customer Service via email: service@mojosee.com

How do I redeem a Lens coupon or promo code?
Mojosee.com coupons codes are unique sequences of letters and numbers that are entered during the Checkout Process. These codes allow our system to apply the appropriate discount to your order.
Please note, if you received your coupon in an email from Lens.com, the coupon should automatically appear on the 'Order Information' page. If it does not, you can enter the code in the space provided on the 'Order Information' page.

How much is the shipping charge?
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide for all orders totaling more than US$25.00, for orders of US$25.00 or less, we charge an amount of US$4.99 as the shipping fee.

Prescriptions

How does Rx contact lens prescription verification work?
Federal Law requires us to verify all prescriptions with the appropriate eye care provider. This can happen in two ways, either you fax us a copy of your prescription or you can provide us with the name and phone number of the issuing authority and allow us to contact them and verify the validity and accuracy of your prescription information. Your eye care provider has 8 business hours to respond to our request for verification. During this time your order has a status of RXFaxed. If they do not respond within this time frame we will assume that your prescription is valid and your order will be processed and shipped.
Don’t Forget - Federal Law now requires your eye care provider to release a copy of your prescriptions. This allows you to take advantage of our low prices. Make sure to get a copy of your contact lens prescription, it belongs to you.
