- Four weeks out: order the lenses and the wig. Standard shipping runs 14–20 days door to door, and you want the lenses in hand with a week to spare.
- One week out: rehearsal. Full makeup, lenses in, wig on, two hours of wear, and a test photo in daylight and in indoor light.
- The night before: lenses in fresh solution, props packed, wig pinned to a stand so the styling holds.
Mistakes that break a Vi cosplay
