Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping for all eligible orders.

All orders ship internationally from our fulfilment centre in Asia — we do not hold stock in the United States. Please allow for international transit time on every order, including orders placed within the US.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

For International Customers

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. International standard delivery takes the same 16–26 days door to door as US orders, and standard shipping is free on international orders over US$69.

  • Standard Shipping by global mail usually takes 1~2 weeks en route, and your order is supposed to deliver 16 ~ 26 days upon its placement.
  • Expedited Shipping you can expect to receive your order within 10 working  days after dispatch.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over US$49 and on UK, Australia, and Canada orders over US$69. For orders below the applicable threshold, the standard rate is calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional US$10.99 where shown at checkout.

Dispatch Time

We process every order within 48 hours and place it with our lens supplier right away. Preparing, checking and handing your parcel to the international courier takes about 5 days — you’ll get an email with the tracking number at that point. Delivery then takes 7–15 days counted from the day your tracking number is issued — all in, allow 16–26 days from order to door. Express options are shown at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.

Important Information

There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, global / regional public safety issues may still disturb the process.
